Catherine Barker

Cathy is Vice President, Lending Operations Officer at First Mutual Bank. In this role, Cathy oversees the daily operations of the lending department, as well as working directly with customers to help them choose the loan products that best meet their needs. She has more than 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, with extensive experience in mortgage and consumer lending.

Cathy joined Belpre Savings Bank in 2015 as Vice President, Lending Operations Officer, assuming her current role at First Mutual Bank in January 2018. Previously Cathy held various positions of increasing responsibility at First Neighborhood Bank, including Assistant Vice President of Lending Operations.

She has received advanced training through a number of financial services industry courses and seminars.
